Welcome to Park View Place! We're perfectly located central to ALL of Northwest Arkansas. From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Park View Place since we're only 2.5 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!
As you arrive to Park View Place you're greeted with a beautiful new construction home in a great neighborhood! The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are welcome to street park.
Stepping into the home you'll find an open entryway where you can drop your shoes and hang your coats. The entry leads into the open concept living/kitchen/dining area where the whole group can hang out and enjoy great company. The living room has a comfy couch and love seat where you can lounge and enjoy the large ROKU smart TV and cozy up to the gas fireplace on those cold nights. Gravitating to the beautiful brand new kitchen you'll find it fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy drip or Keurig coffee on us! We also have a large pantry for plenty of food storage during your stay. Our dining room accommodates 6 guests so the whole group can fit around the table for meals. With the large sliding glass doors there's plenty of natural light pouring into the whole kitchen/dining area. As you step out of those glass doors onto the covered patio you've got 4 cushioned patio chairs surrounding a propane fire pit so you can soak in the great outdoors while you stay. We also have a gas grill for guest use and a large, fully fenced, flat back yard.
Stepping back inside I'll take you to the oversized master suite located separate from the other two bedrooms. Here you'll find a cozy king size bed, ROKU smart tv, rocking chair, dresser drawers, tray ceiling and more. The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower, shower soaps, a large walk in closet and of course plenty of bath linens.
At the front of the home you'll find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen size bed, ROKU smart TV, dresser drawers and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds, dresser drawers, double door closet and a dedicated work space. Inside the closet off bedroom 3 you'll find lots of fun games, cards & kids toys! Accessed from the hallway you'll find the second bathroom which bedrooms 2 & 3 share. This bathroom is fully stocked with bath linens, shower soaps, etc.
And of course we can't forget the 2 car garage which we have setup as a game room with a basketball arcade, air hockey table, corn hole boards, bike rack and 4 bikes that you're welcome to enjoy! We also keep a high chair and stroller in the garage if you're traveling with the little ones.

Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and yard. The garage is setup as a game room and we ask that no vehicles be pulled into the garage. Bicycles only. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
