Even though I-75 is close by, there is no noise from traffic as the neighborhood is surrounded by precast concrete sound barrier walls, which are designed to reflect noise towards the source and absorb some of the energy from the sound wave, which provides such an effective noise barrier.
Our property counts with a fully equipped kitchen, and two car attached garage, you will simply fall in love with our home!
Great for active people and perfect to relax & recharge. You will wake up looking at the lake, deciding if you would like to stay in bed or perhaps going for a walk in the neighborhood and then a few laps in the club’s pool, or even better! Deciding if you are going to the beach for a morning walk, or wait to go in the afternoon for an espectacular daily sunset, before heading to one of the nice italian restaurants in the areas! It is all up to, and the best thing, you can do all of these options as everything is 5-7 miles from home.
