Ground floor is 2 car garage, covered private patio, inviting entry with built in storage, and full outdoor patio + bathroom with a shower. 2nd level is the primary suite with own spacious bathroom, walk in closet, guest suite #1 with private bathroom and shower/tub combo, and the laundry room. 3rd level is 2nd guest bedroom, bathroom with shower, and primary living + dining areas and open fully equipped kitchen. 4th level is the oceanview rooftop private deck with full dining set up with large umbrella for shade. Portable workstation is available upon request.
