Positive: It was a lovely new build.

Negative: Landlady lived within arms reach of the front door. Mouse trap on lower shelf. Plants everywhere she had to come in every third day to water them and refused children to visit even though it was Christmas. Bowl in fridge where we were supposed to put food scraps not allowed to use vacuum cleaner as locked away. Luckily we moved on
