Just a 9-minute walk away, Chaparral Park offers a lake, Greenbelt paths and a dog park. Indulge in retail therapy at Scottsdale's Fashion Square in Old Town. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 more in the driveway.
A washer/dryer, wifi, basic soaps & a stater supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish pods etc) are provided.
Heated Pool: Pool heating be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. The pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.
