The Roscoe House is a cozy and modern cabin specifically designed to be an escape from the city, allowing you to fully immerse in nature while being right next to some of the best towns in the Catskills.

Set tucked away on a private preserve just past Roscoe, the home is nestled amongst trees with views onto our private swimmable spring-fed pond*. The property spans 5.5 acres. The home is beautifully furnished, clean, & recently updated.

We are located 10-15 minutes from the Roscoe and 20 minutes from Livingston Manor Main St, both hip towns with plenty to offer including shops, restaurants, and of course Trout fly fishing!

Spaces/Amenities:
-There's a large deck on the front of the house from which you can enjoy the views or a beautiful outdoor dinner. There's also a small deck off the master suite (upstairs) - perfect for stargazing!
- The master suite takes up the entire top floor including sky lights, a soaking jacuzzi tub (see picture), and a reading nook by the window. The master is a loft space, so it does not have a door. The other bedrooms have king or queen beds and 2 have outdoor views through bay windows (see pictures). Please note that 4th bedroom is located in the basement and does not have a window.
- The living room balances comfort and chic - cozy up in front of a wood burning fireplace, toss on a record from our collection, and enjoy!
- The dining table has seating for 5 but can comfortable fit 8-10 (extra folding chairs provided) and the kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs!
- There are 3 'work from home spaces' with desks (1 standing) and ergonomic chairs
- High speed wifi, Google Home, Sonos Speaker
- The TV is equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube TV
- There is a workout bench and free weights in the basement
- recently renovated main floor bathroom with rain shower head
- Please note: this house has been a labor of love! While we are 90% of the way there, our 'vision' is still not complete. Please bear with us as we work out the final kinks!
