Escape to our tranquil holiday retreat, where relaxation meets adventure for the whole family. Situated in an unbeatable location within the popular La Pointe Beach Estates, our home offers easy access to fantastic local amenities within walking distance or an easy bike ride.
Step off the deck and turn left to access exclusive amenities, including a 9-hole Par 3 golf course and tennis court; a short stroll to the right leads you to the safe harbour beaches.
Inside, our holiday home is modern and inviting. The kitchen is the heart of the house, connecting the living and dining areas that open onto a spacious deck. With drop-down sides and an outdoor heater, you can enjoy outdoor dining all year round.
Outside, there is a heated shower to rinse off after a day of beach adventures. We also have ample off-street parking and room to park a trailer boat.
Our location is perfect for exploring. We're just a short drive or bike ride to Marsden Cove Marina and local amenities. Ruakaka surf beach is only 15 minutes away by car, and you can reach Whangarei in 30 minutes.

* 2 adult bikes and a child's 16" inch bike available (bring your own helmets).

The use of the Golf Course and Tennis Court are subject to La-Pointe Body Corp rules. In our House Manual we will provide you with the conditions of using these. There will be "Tags" provided to use whilst playing on the golf course to indicate you have permission to use it. Bring your own golfing equipment.
