The heart of the home is the huge, multi-level deck with redwoods growing right through it. It’s your private oasis for relaxation and connection, featuring:

* A comfortable hammock for lazy afternoons
* A BBQ grill and outdoor dining set for memorable meals under the redwoods
Inside, warm wood finishes, a brick fireplace, and a skylit dining area create an inviting atmosphere. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, perfect for movie nights with the included Cable TV. The gourmet kitchen is newly remodeled and fully stocked with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner, including modern electric appliances and a dishwasher.
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a living room pull-out:

Owner's Unit: There is a small, private owner's unit on site below the house with a completely separate entrance. It may be occupied at the owner's will but will not intrude upon your experience or privacy. Only used 1 or two weekends a year during the summer.
No Central AC: The cabin does not have central air conditioning. The coastal climate typically brings cool nights, and we provide fans for your comfort during warmer days.
Security Camera: For your security, a Nest Cam is installed and covers the parking area only. There are no cameras inside the home or on the private deck areas.
Cancellation Policy for External Events: In the event that circumstances beyond our control (such as fire or pandemic-related government orders) prevent us from hosting your stay, our policy is as follows: If the cancellation is outside the standard window, we will refund half of your stay plus the cleaning fee. The other half will be held as a credit for a future stay of your choice, subject to availability.
