We`re just a scenic 30-minute drive from Dodge Ridge Ski Resort and Pinecrest Lake, and only 1.5 hours from the breathtaking beauty of Yosemite National Park. Planning a getaway from the city? We`re perfectly situated—only 2 hours from both the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento.
Looking to host a special event? Weddings and other gatherings are welcome! Event bookings start at $2,995 per stay or $55 per guest, whichever is higher, in addition to the overnight lodging fee.
House rules and Check out instructions:
- Maximum guests allowed for overnight stay is 16 included in the price on Airbnb. Guest number 17 and all guests past that pay $55 per person per night.
- 2 Pets Maximum allowed. Pet fee of $500 is charged to cover our post pet shampoo and cleaning of our place, but if there is any excessive cleaning needed due to pet, those cost will be extended to the guests to pay the host.
-Please place all furniture and items back where you found them.
-All dishes should be done before leaving.
-Start a load of laundry with the used towels and linens (all excess laundry can be placed outside of the machine).
-All garbage (including perishable foods) should be in the garbage bags and all bags should be thrown into the garbage cans in the garage.
-You are more than welcome to use the grill, but it must be throughly cleaned. -Please ensure all doors of the house are secured and locked before you leave.
-- We do allow events for extra charge to cover the cost of wear and tear, utilities, garbage disposal, extra cleaning etc. it starts at $2995 per event. Please call to confirm before finalizing the bookings.
