For larger groups (over 6-guests) there is an additional nightly fee, applied only to the seventh through tenth guest, i.e. a group of 7-guests is charged the regular rate plus $25/night. For more than (8) and up to (10) guests, please inquire with owner.
The garage is locked-off, however there is plenty of outside parking, including 3-spaces in the driveway and a quite, wide street perfect for overflow/boat/RV parking.
Two noise level monitors are installed at the property, one is in the interior common area and the other is on the rear patio. This is a requirement for all short term rental properties within the city municipality for the purpose of addressing potential noise complaints from neighbors and is for everyone's benefit.
