Large, bright, airy home close to downtown Austin's many entertainment districts (4 miles), Zilker Park - home of ACL Festival and Barton Springs Pool (2 miles), and a convenient drive from the airport (14 miles)! With 4 bedrooms, two living areas and two dining areas, there is plenty of room for a large gathering. Within walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shops, many restaurants, and retail shopping, too! Just a 15 minute drive to the University of Texas!

The main floor has a large, open living room and formal dining room which adjoins the open kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen boasts a four-burner gas cooktop, double convection ovens, a microwave oven and a drip coffee maker. Off the breakfast nook is the cozy Master Bedroom with a King bed. It has a private ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The entire main floor is accessible without stairs. Also found on the main (ground) floor is a separate half-bathroom. The wide staircase opens onto a large second-floor family room. This space has a big-screen TV with blue-ray DVD player. There is a small kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, and a small microwave upstairs, also. Three bedrooms are found upstairs. The first two share a "Jack 'n Jill-style" bathroom. The smallest bedroom has a Twin bed and a Twin-sized mattress that can be pulled out as a trundle. Summary: We were first time VRBO renters and we chose the perfect house and the home owners were amazing. There were 8 adults and a 16 year old in our group and the house was spacious and very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our time in front of the large windows enjoying the view and listening to some great music. Kristin was such a breath of fresh air throughout the process. She went above and beyond from making arrangements and answering all of my many questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We were there for ACL and it is a perfect location. We took a Uber Friday to 6th Street and it was easy breezy. Saturday morning we all went walking to coffee house and to grab breakfast and snacks. The festival was right around the corner for drop off location. The house has a long driveway and our 3 SUVs and a truck fit perfect. The beds are all clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space and highly recommend for family gathering. We all sat around the dining table, eating, laughing and enjoying the view. Thank you for helping to make it an amazing memory for our families.
