A freshly renovated bedroom bach, set on a private property that is quiet and tranquil, set amongst farmland. It is 5km from Lake Ferry & 20 minutes drive to The Pinnacles, Ngawi and Martinborough. Great location.
Renovations started in September and include new joinery with double glazing, new heatpump, insulated, new bathroom, white washed ply and new cladding. Although the project is not completed this house is great value, warm, quiet with amazing all day sun.
Linen and towels will need to be provided by the traveller. However, we can provide linen & towels for a fee of $15 per person. We do provide pillows, blankets, tea towels and dish cloths
