Welcome to Seabrook, NH! This is an end unit studio condo (372 sq. ft.) that sleeps only 2 people located on the third floor next to Brown's Seafood with elevator access close to the beach. There's a few ways you can walk to the beach. Please note that none of these beaches have a public restroom. It's a four minute walk to the Seabrook & Dunes Beach. Once you cross Ocean Boulevard, head North (towards Hampton) until you reach New Hampshire St. Walk down this street and straight ahead is the beach path.
Note: Ocean Boulevard changes to N End Boulevard (South side) at the stop light by the Mobil Station on the Salisbury town line. There is also a beach path once you cross the street, take a right on Ocean Boulevard then take a quick left onto the street with no name. The path for the beach is straight ahead. It is also visible on the map (path is pink/red) or you can walk a little furrher down N End Boulevard heading South (towards Salisbury) on Beacon Street. Beach path is straight ahead. It takes about seven minutes from the condo. Most streets that connect to Ocean Boulevard (Seabrook)/ N. End Boulevard (Salisbury) have beach access. Sit on the back balcony and enjoy the views of the estuary and Blackwater River while having your morning coffee or after a day at the beach. Blackwater River is a hotspot for birds. There has been 70 species sightings since 1991.
The sunsets are breathtaking from the back balcony as you can see from the pictures. The condo is walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts, Markey's Lobster, Brown's Seafood, Tripoli Pizza, Dunbar's Ice Cream Stand and 12 Ocean Restaurant and Bar. There is a convenience store right next door (East side). Hampton and Salisbury Public Beach are a short drive with lots to do! See picture for approximate Uber costs and could be a frw morw dollars on rbe wwjend, but i thibk it depends on the driver. Watch the Hampton fireworks from the back balcony on Wednesday night and Salisbury fireworks from the front balcony.m on Saturday night. See pictures for more information. Life is definitely better at the beach! :-)
