Our home is located on a private acre of property with Banana River waterfront access. The yard includes plenty of space for lawn games, launching kayaks, canoes or paddle boards, grilling on the back patio (partially screened-in), or fishing and sunset viewing off the dock. Dolphins are often spotted in the cove! Inside the home is fully furnished with an open-concept living space, oversized bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
