Positive: The location was exactly what we required. Happy to have a washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked very well and we loved the pool area as well. The host, Cecilia, was the most wonderful and helpful hostess. She responded quickly to all my questions, before and during the trip.

Negative: I truly 'liked' everything, but if I could change anything about the condo I would like it to have small and large cast iron skillets. I don't like to use non-stick pans that are burned and missing their coating. Perhaps the condo could consider adding a few more dinner, soup and salad plates, large knives and possibly a few storage containers, in various sizes, to condo users. Either way I like everything about the condo and its management and work staff.

Summary: Cecilia and Villas Mayallum put our minds at ease and made our stay in Cozumel extremely comfortable
