The house is situated in a fantastic area called Ventura Country Club which is guarded 24 hours a day. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, golf shop, swimming pool, tennis court and a fitness room. In the club house there is also a restaurant and a bar. The area is not far away from Orlando airport ca. 20 km. and 30-40 km. from Sanford airport. The area is very well located and close by to all the great amusement parks like Disney world, Sea world, Wet and Wild, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Canter. There are many great malls and restaurants in the area. The Ventura Country Club is well located and offers many wonderful facilities for guests. Towels and linens are provided in the house. The age policy is: This house is not rented to people on there own under 25 years old a short time rent. The $190 cleaning fee is payable on arrival in cash.
