The entire property sits within a private, enclosed courtyard, with onsite parking for 2 cars (parking is also free on the street). A hidden oasis in central Austin!

The guesthouse has enough private onsite parking for 2 cars, and parking on the street is free. The house is on a larger residential street with car traffic and no sidewalks, so getting around on foot is not recommended. It will be most convenient to have a car or use Uber/Lyft to get around. We are 10-15 minutes by car away from most anything in Austin: downtown, Zilker, Barton Springs, COTA, the airport, bars, restaurants, shops, music venues
>No smoking inside or outside. No Parties/Events. No Pets. Guests will be charged full security deposit + $500 cleaning fee, and will be asked to leave in the event of any parties, pets, or smoking.
>Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am, especially if you're outside.
>No more than 4 guests.
>Do not open locked cabinets within the cowboy guesthouse
