Updated lakefront home with private dock, 10x24 boat slip, swim deck, kayaks, & paddle boards. Our "front yard" consists of over 100 acres of the smoothest, glass-like water Lake of the Ozarks has to offer - bring your boat & skis, PWC's, or the kids with fishing poles! It's perfect for any family activity on the water.
The space
Turn-key ready for guests with queen bed, full size bunk bed, sleeping accommodations for 4 comfortably, max 6. Full kitchen with all amenities for cooking. Beautiful outdoor deck, grill, dock, kayaks & stand-up paddle boards for your use.
Our area is known as 'Ski-Cove" with great water to ski, fish, swim, relax on the dock or just enjoy the beautiful scenery. Crappie fishing is incredible, depending on the mood of the fish during your stay.
Located not far from HaHa Tonka State Park, Branding Iron Restaurant, Woods Grocery, Captain Ron's, Budd Dispensary, Stewart's Restaurant, Tres Hombres and other West side locations. Bagnell Dam strip via LOZ CommunityToll Bridge.
We host two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1 with queen bed, and bedroom 2 with full-size bunk beds. Full-bath with updated walk-in tiled shower adjoins both bedrooms.
Walking downstairs there is living room with dining area and full-kitchen. The 1/2 bath on this level adjoins the kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Living room area walks out to full size deck lining the length of the house and overlooking the lake. 6-seat table, along with gas grill. Enjoy meals outside and drinks overlooking the lake and view.
From the deck, follow stairs from the house to our private dock. We host several kayaks and stand-up paddle boards which are available for your personal use as part of your booking.
