This recently renovated, beautifully decorated circa 1900 farmhouse is conveniently located in the coastal town of Ogunquit, a popular Southern Maine vacation destination. Walk along the sidewalk to everything including Ogunquit town center with its fabulous restaurants and shops, the Marginal Way with its extraordinary 1.5 miles of scenic trail along the edge of the ocean, and one of the most beautiful ocean beaches in all of New England! In fact Ogunquit beach routinely gets selected as one of the best beaches in the country.
Completely updated over the past 5 years, including a newly remodeled contemporary Master Bath with Custom 3X5 frameless glass shower just completed in 2023. This well-appointed home has all of the charm of yesteryear with all of today’s modern conveniences. Just footsteps from the hustle and bustle of town center, this pristine property is situated in a highly sought after, quiet and friendly residential area. The wonderful wrap-around screened porch includes plenty of seating for dining and relaxing, as well as an attractive porch swing. It is a favorite spot for spending time with friends and family. Open the double French doors in the dining room to the porch and you have the added bonus of an even more expansive dining/socializing area.
The house features a large kitchen with huge custom island that is perfectly positioned at the heart of an inviting living area. Stunning new granite counter-tops make an artful statement. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your guests from high-end stainless-steel appliances to every Maine home’s necessity -- two lobster pots. It opens to both the family/living room and the dining room. The centerpiece of the family/living room is the new custom-designed wet bar area with pub table and seating for four, wine and beverage coolers, and an array of beverage glasses.
SIRENS SONG SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS:
This 4 bedroom property sleeps up to 10! The 2nd floor has 1 Master King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, as well as a Bunkbed Room with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle. (Note: This room can sleep up to 4 children, or 2 adults). The fourth bedroom has a Queen Bed and is conveniently located on the first floor next to a newly renovated full bath with tub/shower combo. In addition the property provides 2 Pak’n Play cribs which can accommodate up to 2 infants/toddlers.
The home has 3 bathrooms. First floor: Updated full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Second Floor: Newly remodeled Master Bathroom with Large walk-in shower; Hallway also has a Bathroom with a shower.
Two desks, one in the King Master Suite, and one located in the upstairs hallway provide convenient remote work stations.
The living/family room and all the bedrooms have flat screen HDTV’s. The living/family room also has a Blu-ray DVD player. The interior has beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
You’ll love the outdoor living options as well. Whether you cook in the fully equipped kitchen with gas range, or on the outdoor Weber grill, you can wine and dine alfresco, either on the wrap-around porch, or on the large private deck with its custom-made farm table. There is a new stone encircled wood burning fire pit. The second floor deck also has a new (2021) outdoor cushioned sectional as well as a bench that can accommodate another 3-4 guests.
The property is surrounded by a picturesque landscape backdrop with a large open area for guests to have fun in the sun! On-site parking is available for up to 4 cars.

BEACH AMENITIES: Since visitors to Ogunquit frequently spend considerable time at the beach, the house is well equipped with most of what you will need: Beach chairs (both low and high), a large portable cooler on wheels, a large assortment of beach toys for young children, beach umbrella, and 2 beach carts. These are all located in a large enclosed storage area/shed that can also accommodate your bikes or other larger outdoor items you choose to bring with you. We want you to love your stay at this wonderful vacation home!
MORE ABOUT OGUNQUIT: Ogunquit Beach, a beautiful 1.5 mile expanse of soft sand and multi-colored ocean waters, actually consists of 3 beaches and is consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 beaches in the US. Walk, swim, ride your bike, surf or fish but don’t miss the “piping plovers" and "least terns" – protected birds that nest there. Along the Marginal Way the beach roses (rosa rugosa) bloom from June to September with their rose hips appearing in late summer and early autumn.
IN SEASON (JUNE THROUGH AUGUST): We have a 7 night minimum stay requirement during our summer season and ONLY book from Saturday to Saturday.

You will be responsible for ALL damage to, or theft from, the rental property caused by you, or your guests, during your stay, as well as for any additional cleaning or misuse of the property.
