Welcome to the one-of-a-kind, Newly Listed Spanish Hacienda located in one of San Antonio’s most desirable, well-established neighborhoods. Centrally located to all local attractions! The home is truly a Spanish Hacienda! The theme that was selected was a little bit of San Antonio the Alamo City with some fun Spanish and Mexican flair.
There’s a lot to describe here so we’ll try to provide as much information as possible so you can rest assured that this home is the perfect fit for your vacation getaway!

Game Room located inside of home – We offer a professional / league quality pool table that takes center stage in the Game Room and has even been balanced to perfection by the pros! There is an officially sized Shuffleboard Table and a 65-inch 4K HDR TV. This is a fun place to hang out and has been decorated with a fun theme in mind! We just added Pac Man and Mortal Kombat arcade games! The Game Room is next to the Cantina / Bar area with direct access to the Patio and Swimming Pool.

Cantina / Bar – If you think the bar looks a little outdated, it is! This bar was custom made many years ago. The woodwork is amazing! It was custom made in the Philippines out of the very best mahogany and imported to San Antonio for this home. Once you see it, you will appreciate the quality! The bar is fully stocked with all the accessories to make that perfect drink. We included a large selection of drinkware, icemaker, blenders and even a wine cooling refrigerator that keeps your drinks to the perfect temperature!

Swimming Pool / Outdoor Paradise - Step into an expansive outdoor area designed for unforgettable gatherings. The serene private backyard sets the scene for celebrations with loved ones and friends. The swimming pool is large and heated to 88 degrees. Our patio area has a large seating area, 44" Propane Gas Fire Pit Table, 65-inch TV and an area that seats eight with bar style seating! You will find plenty of sun loungers, hammocks, a huge connect four for the kids, corn hole and a meticulously maintained private backyard. The gazebo features bistro style seating with decorative lights and is perfect for pictures to share with family and friends on social media! You will also find a four-burner propane grill! Don't worry about running out of propane, we will supply enough for your stay!

This is a converted 1900 square foot garage which has full climate control. We added an 80 inch HDR TV with a SONOS sound system, Sony PlayStation 5, Huge Sectional Sofa, Two Ping Pong Tables, Foosball, Skee-Ball, Basketball Pop a Shot, Hot Dog Cooker, Fully Stocked Kitchenette and Board Games. We always have it stocked with a selection of popcorn, snacks and soda for movies night!

Kitchen - Immerse yourself in the heart of the home, the kitchen. Dive into a realm of top-tier kitchenware, ample pots and pans, plenty of upgraded dishware, and expansive counter space invite you to unleash your culinary creativity. Boasting two ovens, TWO full-size refrigerators with icemakers, blenders, pressure cooker, Instant Pot and, Crockpot just to name a few. This kitchen is decked out with more cooking equipment than your average home and more than your average short-term rental.

Dining – There is a very large dining room directly off the kitchen that can seat 12. The dining table is farm style that features a bench and plenty of chairs. In the kitchen area, there is a separate eating area that has a table that can accommodate six conveniently located next to the Coffee Bar.

Coffee Bar – No need to visit Starbucks when you stay with us! With offerings including a traditional brewer, instant dual pot espresso and K-Cup machine, coffee grinder and tea pot. We always have it stocked with plenty of K-Cups, expresso pods, tea, coffee beans, creamers and a variety of sweeteners.

Family Room – Step into the family room, where new furnishings promise unparalleled comfort. BOTH sofas conceal a queen pull-out bed, offering additional sleeping space. Immerse yourself in entertainment with an impressive 85-inch Sony 4K HDR TV!

Bedrooms / Sleeping Arrangements - Rest easy in beautifully appointed large bedrooms featuring high-quality mattresses. There are TWO Master Bedrooms with private ensuites / bathrooms. All bedrooms feature HDR 4K TV’s of various sizes and we have even included charging stations for your electronic devices.

Master Bedroom 1 – King size bed and private bathroom. This is the largest bedroom.

Master Bedroom 2 - King size bed and private bathroom.

Queen Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed. Has access to a shared half bath.

Queen Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed and private bathroom. Could be considered a third master!

Upstairs Hideaway! – Two Bunk Beds with high quality mattresses. One bunk is twin / full size and the other is twin / twin. The bedroom can accommodate four people. Recommended for the younger people in your group. There is also a huge private bath adjacent to the upstairs bunk bed room.

Family Room – 2 Queen size sleeper sofas with high quality mattresses.

Parking – The private gated driveway can accommodate four full size vehicles with ease. There is plenty of street parking.

There is one Pak-N-Play and one highchair always located at the property.

An ironing board, iron and steamer provided.

Hair dryers are in all bathrooms.
