4 Bedroom, 4 bathroom home with lots of space inside and out. Sits on a beautiful 8 acre lot just on the edge of College Station, 11 minutes from Kyle Field. An extra large guest bedroom accommodates extra sleeping as needed as does upstairs media room. Plenty of space to room to spread out and relax. Enjoy the sunset from the back patio or take a break catching fish in the backyard pond.

2 in king, main 1st floor
2 in king, large guest 1st floor
2 in queen sized full height air mattress, library 1st floor
2 in double, 2nd floor bedroom
2 in double, 2nd floor bedroom
