Summary: A few comments( constructive criticism) 1) toilet seat NOT soft close 2) Toilet paper in very awkward spot behind the toilet3) toilet paper not suitable for humans 4) went to room and tried adjusting heater/ac unit at window and it did not work. Changed rooms s d same problem until we were about to leave and request a third troop and then saw the central thermostat on the wall next to the bed! 5) worlds heaviest door to enter the room Otherwise all good!
