The condo sits along A1A with a short stroll to local restaurants and public beaches. It's also conveniently by the Pineda Causeway for quick access to the Mainland area of Melbourne, FL.

🚧 Pool Update: Our building is currently undergoing exciting upgrades — a brand-new pool is under construction! We are hoping for the pool to be completed around July/Aug 2026, but as with any construction project we cannot guarantee an exact completion date. While the pool isn't available just yet, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to greatly affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear some noise during weekday daytime hours. Current pricing accounts for the pool not being completed. By reserving this unit, you confirm that you are informed of and accept these conditions.
