Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, decorated beautifully and nice amenities.

Negative: We liked the decor, although most of the table lights didn't work. The dishwasher stopped working after the power went out 3 days in. We messaged to get it fixed and never heard back. We also tried to get housekeeping halfway through, and they offered to come the day before we left. When we checked in, the housekeeper stayed an extra 3 hours after we got the keys. She came back at 6:30 pm with the linnens, and we had to strip the beds and make them ourselves. There were dirty sheets on the beds when we got there. The TV in the bedroom has no cords to work. The air-conditioner in the bedroom stopped working 2 days before we left. There was a broken glass door in the dining room, the housekeeper told us not to touch. The bathtub doesn't fill up with hot water because there is no faucet - it has to be filled with the shower head, and it ends up cold. It could be a great rental with some much needed improvements. There is also a strong mold smell throughout the home.
