Summary: While the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the accommodations were lacking. I did not feel that the photos matched the actual decor—which was outdoor furniture used as indoor furniture. Also, the room was not very clean. In addition, there was only a second floor room available but there were no elevators to access it. Overall, hotel is misrepresented. Not terrible, but not great.
