Summary: The condition of the room was very bad. Water damage in the ceiling and the floor showed that there had been some kind of flooding problem. The heater smelled moldy as if it had been wet and not cleaned, making it unusable. The laminate flooring was buckled and black between the pieces of flooring. The worst part was the curtain to the room: some sort of white crusty something was stuck to it. To their credit, the staff cleaned the curtain when I asked, but I shouldn't have to ask. The breakfast was also substandard (stale white bread, plain bagels, apple juice, raisin bran and fruit loops were all that was available - no protein of any kind).
