Summary: We agreed to move rooms because the suite we ordered a few weeks before was unavailable. We were put in separate rooms and told one was free. Put a little damper on our family time together. The Internet constantly lost connection. The volume on the remote in rm 170 does not work. We did get a message shortly after arrival asking how the room was. I sent the concerns and never got a response. The shower water control in rm 172 is backwards. Hot is cold and cold is hot. The room temperature control is unstable. It just seemed to not remain on the setting we programmed. We realized it would be a bit noisy, but it was out of control. Constant sounds of children running up and down the hallways late in the evening. Random knocking on our doors. Saturday evening around 9-9:30 about the time I was getting my grandkids to bed we heard a vacuum cleaner. Upon my checkout I wanted to know if I had received my AARP discount. I was told no because there was already a discount on my bill, but they didn't know what it was. She said they could not give two discounts. Neither desk personnel asked if I had a good stay or even thanked me for staying. Took two of my grandkids to the attached restaurant for lunch Saturday. The chicken plate was both pieces looking like they were the smallest available. The macaroni was a very small serving and the boneless wings were apparently lukewarm. We did leave a tip as the waitress was also our cook and bartender taking care of a customer.
