Positive: What a classic hotel with an attention to detail in its design and decoration. Our junior suite and standard King rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our dietary requests.

Negative: Some people in the reception could have been more proactive. We wanted to go to the Nevado de Toluca. He finally arranged a driver and when we arrived, the trails were closed due to an accident that happened a while ago. This is the major site in the area. Surely someone could have known this and spared us a 5 hour round trip drive and 1700 pesos. I count on my hotels and drivers to know what’s going on.
