Our cottage is located at the end of a cul de sac on a one acre paradise with beautifully designed gardens in Montecito. Located just under a mile from the ocean, the 800 square foot cottage has a lovely living room with gas/wood burning fireplace, spacious full kitchen and a main bedroom with full bath. A second room with a desk and day bed can be used either as an office or second bedroom.2 sets of french doors in the living room open to a private large covered patio area and garden. On the covered patio you'll find a relaxing hammock, small table and chairs and BBQ. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, the beach and hiking trails make this the perfect semi-rural getaway. The cottage has all the modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, 40 "flat screen TV with streaming services, and excellent wi-fi.
