GREAT LOCATION Full 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home a block from the beach. Peaceful, quiet, cozy home, enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the ocean.
2 garage spaces, washer/dryer, full kitchen upstairs and kitchenette downstairs, 3 outdoor spaces (upstairs balcony/deck and downstairs backyard) with ocean views.
Ten minutes from LAX and conveniently located in the north side of town, making the rest of LA accessible. Right next to the strand and walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars.
The space
The first floor has two garage spaces and a washer/dryer, a small studio apartment with a queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, smart TV and backyard with BBQ and dining area.
Upstairs has an open layout, two bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with full bed), one bathroom and two small outdoor spaces where you can see the ocean. Full kitchen with dishwasher and living room with a smart TV. 2 outdoor patio spaces where you can see the ocean.
Upstairs and downstairs are connected by two outdoor staircases.
Things to be aware of:
- there are fans but no air conditioning. I find that the sea breeze and the fans are enough to stay cool but it can get muggy on the hottest days of the year
- the garage spots are tight and not easy to get into (7ftx7ftx16ft) You have access to the middle and left garage spots when facing the building from the street. There is street parking in the area as well as a parking lot by the beach which you will have a pass for (only valid certain hours)
The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out.
