Take in a beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain from this first floor condo at Sugar Top. Access the weight room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and pool all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a King bed while the second has a Queen bed. Enjoy cable in the living area next to the decorative fireplace. Experience nature, hiking, mountain biking and more on the mountain and surrounding areas. The Lobby offers Wi-Fi for all guests. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Our SugarTop Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
