There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with king size beds and tv in room, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate family rooms with satellite tv, large kitchen with dining room and wood burning fireplace. Seating at dining table for 6 to 10 people with additional seating for 4 at island. The front parlor/sitting room is a nice place to curl up and read a book or watch a football game upstairs in the game room. Backyard features a large sitting area and with gas fireplace and dining area. Built-in hot tub for 6 people and large deck area with lounge chairs. Wonderful front porch with rocking chairs, and upstairs balcony has bed swing and bistro table sitting area. Large circular driveway with lots of room for parking.
