With plenty of parking and space for the boat this property really does have it all and is ready to create memories with friends and family!
Bedding Configuration is: Downstairs 1x Double, 1x King, 2x Singles (can be made into 1x King upon request), 1x Single + 1x Single over Double Bunk. Upstairs 1x Super King (can be made into 2x Singles upon request), 2x Singles (can be made into 1x King upon request). You must give us at least 7 days notice if you require changes to the bedding configuration.
There are security cameras operating in the driveway and outside of the entrance of the house. There are no cameras operating inside the house.
Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. The house is fitted with smart sensors that monitor noise. The equipment does not take photos or record conversations. It sends alerts if noise is above a threshold for a sustained period. If security or noise control are called to the property, we will charge a call-out fee of $100 and you may be required to leave the property without a refund.
