My beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home features a large pool and hot tub, and an arboretum with walking trails! But ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. I live next door and I WILL ask you to leave if you try to host loud parties. I do not want to disturb the neighbors! Poolside pergola, BBQ pit, and wood-burning fire pit area.
