If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.

✓ We also ask that you keep the dogs off the furniture and that they are house trained.

✓ After your stay, we request that you run any remaining dishes in the dishwasher on your way out and if you used the grill please make sure you clean it and put the cover back on. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the house and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.
