Our brand new 3-bedroom 2-bath home is the perfect home base for your mountain biking, hiking, trail running or outdoor adventuring. We have a feature that is absolutely unique in the area - our yard backs up to Flo Ride! A 2.7 mile multi-use trail. You literally walk out the back door or jump on your bike from the garage-turned-bike-station and you are immediately on the trail. Then, after a long day of trekking on the miles of trails across Bella Vista and Northwest Arkansas you can come back and clean your bike up at the wash station and park it in the garage. Then clean yourself up in the gorgeous modern bathrooms and relax in the premium mattresses and bedding. Nothing better than a good nap after a day of riding, running or hiking. Of course, you can cook up a great meal and re-energize yourself in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen and then sit back and tell stories of the day in the main living area or relax and watch a movie on the large screen smart TVs.
