This spacious basement unit is in a beautiful location right on the Tennessee River! Only 15 minutes from downtown, experience the river and use our kayaks, canoe, fire pit, and private dock to enjoy the expansive 180 degree views of the river and the mountains beyond! This property offers a tranquil and idyllic getaway with the novelty and comfort of staying in this cozy basement unit that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Our Lower Cove home offers the perfect place for relaxation, peace, and adventure!!

Please note: This is one of 3 vacation rentals on the property. This is a basement unit under the main home and there is also a guest house on the property. Both of these are vacation rentals. Each unit has their own private entrance and you will not be able to access the other units from the inside. The dock, waterfront,canoe, and kayaksare all a shared space on the property.
Layout of the home:
You will enter into our Lower Cove home from the backside of the house facing the river. You are instantly met with beautiful views of the water and youwill see there is plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor patio facing the water and a grill you can use during your stay. When walking in, there is a large open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, bakeware, and plate-ware and it includes a crockpot, blender and toaster as well. To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom with a spacious king bed and there is a crib in the large closet that you are welcome to use if you are traveling with a baby. Just past the living room is a common space area that has a queen bed and you'll see there is also a full bathroom.
The home offers wireless internet throughout! There is a smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in the large bedroom that has the king bed.There is NO cable or satellite TV. To watch movies, you will need to log into your own accounts on Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc.
If you have a boat, there is plenty of room for parking a trailer in the gravel alongside the road in front of the main house and you can tie your boat off at the dock during your stay! There is a very convenient boat ramp 2 miles down the road!
The Lower Cove home is very family friendly and provides a crib, a booster seat, first aid supplies, and child safe dish-ware in the kitchen. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay.
**This home is on the Central Time Zone! Chattanooga is on the border of the Central and Eastern time zone. Downtown Chattanooga is on the Eastern time zone.
