Views of Valcour Island and the Bluff Point Lighthouse can be seen from our large, shared backyard. House has back deck attached with access from inside sliding door. Two shared firepits and a grilling area is yours to enjoy (Free firewood provided). There are two Queen beds, as well as a fold down futon in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed. There are 7 total units at our vacation rental property, with the house being the main centerpiece. The back yard is spacious and there is lots of room for all to enjoy! The property overlooks the Valcour Island Marina, and the Peru Dock State Boat launch is a 15 second drive to the south.
