Summary: I had 2 “not so nice” experiences this weekend.
First, a bedding problem. We were staying in Room 303. When I booked the room, I mentioned there would be 2 adults and 1 kid staying in the room. So, of course, we would use the king-size bed and the sofa bed. But as I was making the bed for my kid, I realized there was only a fitted sheet on the mattress of the sofa bed, but no flat sheet and no blanket.
So I went to the reception to ask for sheets and a blanket, but the receptionist told me there was no blanket available, which is not right since I had specified there would be 3 people in this room.
Second, a cleaning problem. We checked in on Friday, 16th, and on Saturday, 17th, the cleaning lady came and knocked on the door, but we asked her to come back in 10 minutes since we were just about to leave the room for the day. When we came back, around 5 PM, the room had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made, the bins had not been emptied….
So, no, it was not a great experience.

Summary: Well the room and accessories are great
There is just an issue with this noise that happens ever so often or about every couple of hours
It sounds like maybe a chair is being dragged across the floor and it happens all day and night -- the sound is sometimes by the AC unit and sometimes it can be heard while I am in the bathroom
The door squeaks every time it is opened and closed -- I feel embarrassed that the individuals next to me are able to hear it because it is very loud
This is for room 422 on days 12/29 to 12/31

Summary: The wallpaper in bathroom nearby the shower was ripped open. You can see black mold underneath it. When I reported it and showed the picture, the staff behind the counter told me that they couldn’t fixed it until I checked out. I told her that they have to get it fixed immediately
