There is new flooring, lighting, new custom chef designed kitchen, new floorplan for open concept, grand master bathroom, you have to see it! We can't wait to spoil our guests with all new appliances and furniture too!
This fishing friendly oasis is centrally located w/ easy access to several glistening beaches and airports so nothing can keep you away from enjoying all it has to offer! Relax poolside year round with the option to heat the pool in the winter months, and plan on getting sunkissed in the Florida sunshine on the large dock or covered lanai! Numerous local beaches and entertainment all around, such as the well known Fishermen's Village, are just 10+ mins away waiting for memories to be made. With so many amenities included, you may not want to leave!
