King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom which includes carpeting in both bedrooms, two full bathrooms with granite countertops and vessel sinks, living room, dining area, full kitchen, walk-in closet in master and two closets in second bedroom, separate room for laundry located just outside the kitchen which includes high efficiency washer and dryer. Walkout patio that includes a new glass table and chairs for four overlooking desert (Arroyo) and view of Redrock and McDowell mountains. High Speed Wireless internet. Renters have access to shared heated pool (pool thermostat is set at 86 degrees starting in October and throughout the entire winter!), sauna and workout facility steps away from our condo; pool rafts are available in condo.
