The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with easy access to the hallway bathroom just across the room. The second bedroom has a comfy bunk bed and easy access to the hall bathroom. . All bedroom as very well equipped. You can also find a futon in the hallway ideal for kids only.
The dining area has a dining table set to seat 6 people. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored counter tops with microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven . You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 55" smart tv with streaming service like Netflix. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board and mini split a/c in all bedrooms and common spaces.
Please keep in mind that the parking, pool, and the kids playground is shared with the next door apartment that is also for rent. So if you need a large place to rent out with your entire family you may book both of them.
