Summary: The staff was fine. But I have never slept in a noisier room. Between the traffic at ground level and being directly under the flight path, I barely slept at all. The driver of the shuttle to LAX, while extremely nice and helpful, got sort of forced into picking up passengers on the way around the horseshoe, dramatically slowing the trip around the airport, which was already at a crawl on a Friday morning. They should do one run to drop off, and the next run to pick up. People have planes to catch.
