The Space:
Large home on spacious lot with lots of greenery. The home offers an entertainment space in the basement for kids and a patio for the adults! Eight large bedrooms with plenty of space to spread out; jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom; gaming area for the kids with PS4, Wii, Foosball and Blu-Ray Player; two screened-in patios to enjoy the fresh air; and more! Enjoy a fire at night will soaking in this peaceful location. The main lodge has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms while the additional attached cabin adds an extra three bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen and living area, and a pool table. A large parking pad is available for vehicles and boats.

This home has a private entrance through the patio. Guests will be sent a code to enter through the automated lock on each part of the house.

Rural area with a peaceful country setting. Close to all area amenities, including The Dirty Turtle, Kozy's Pizza, gas stations, and Castle Rock Lake!
Winter activities include snowmobiling on the local trails(trail connects just up the road), sledding at Mile Bluff (Kiwanis Park), Ice fishing on Castle Rock Lake, or visiting nearby Wisconsin Dells (~30min).
Getting Around:
This home is close to the local highway and only 10 minutes to the Castle Rock Lake area. Grocery store and other convenience stores are located in Mauston, about a 10 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
The wood-burning fireplace upstairs is not for use, but the fireplace downstairs can be used.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $200. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
