HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.

- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee.

- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.

This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests.
