A simple, clean space with two large picture windows and a large sliding window door that combine to bring the serene feel of the hill country right inside! Out of the sliding window door is a large deck that overlooks much of the property and the creek. It truly is an ideal spot to soak in a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee, practice yoga, dine al fresco, and of course, simply relax.

From the deck steps you can access the back of the property where you will find plenty of space that includes a hammock amidst the trees that you are welcome to use as a peaceful spot to read or even take a nap. For the adventurist in you, there’s also a path that leads down to the seasonal Helotes Creek, which runs through our quaint community of Grey Forest. Directly across the creek from the casita is the Scenic Loop Playground Club where you can find basketball hoops, a tennis court, dog park, small playground and more! Venture south along the creek and you’ll eventually find the Big Springs Bathing Pool, now known as the “swimming hole” and historical markers along your way.
