The space
Entire house-All spaces within the residence are available for use by the guest.
Guest access
Guests have access to all living spaces including front and backyard access. Backyard is shared with neighbor through an access gate between the properties. Security system is disarmed by guest private door code upon entry of the residence.
***Please clean all used dishes before departure
***Cleaning supplies are located under kitchen sink and in the laundry room.
***Living room and bedroom ceiling fans/lights are controlled by remote not by a light switch
***The security system is armed whenever the keypad at the door is locked. So if there is still guests in the house there is a possibility of the alarm being triggered.
So please only lock the front door from the outside when everyone is leaving the home
***Also there are security cameras on the exterior of the residence as well as 1 security camera that is in the living room. The interior camera is in plain view and only records in case of an alarm trigger. It is strictly for security purposes. If there is ever an emergency this camera can also be used to contact me.
