When you enter the home from the front door,you’ll be on the fourth floor. You will immediately notice the soaring ceilings, traditional tile work, and open-concept living areas. There is a half-bathroom immediately to your left, and a short staircase leads up into the main living room and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen has vintage style cabinets and counter space, a large center island, modern appliances, and all of the bakeware and utensils you’ll need to make meals at home. There are plenty of cabinets to store your family’s favorite groceries, a toaster and coffee maker for a quick and easy breakfast, and a high top breakfast bar with comfortable seating.

The fully equipped kitchen looks out over the main living area. Here you will find a chic and comfortable bench in front of a large-screen TV and elegant entertainment center. The living room flows into a dining area that is set in front of floor to ceiling windows that overlook the patio and the sea. Grab a seat at the high top table and enjoy the views while you work on your laptop or enjoy a cold drink. There is another formal dining room table with seating for six just off of the kitchen. Serve dinner here family-style; there is plenty of room!

A staircase leads from this top level down to the third floor. Halfway down the staircase, there is a door on your right that leads to a bedroom. This bright and open space has two full beds and a private bathroom with toilet, vanity, and walk-in shower. This room also has a mini kitchenette area, complete with a microwave and mini-fridge.

A glass wall of sliding glass doors separates this bedroom from the second sleeping area. This room overlooks the sea and two twin beds. Wall length windows let in plenty of natural light and provide unbeatable views of the beach. Prop open a window and listen to nature as you fall asleep in this spacious room! A separate set of sliding glass doors leads from this twin bedroom out to the balcony.

Continue down the main interior stairscase to the second floor, and you will find additional sleeping areas. This bedroom has two Queen size beds, tile floors, large windows, a separate seating area, and two private bathrooms. This is technically one large room, but the beds and bathrooms are separated so that it feels like two private bedrooms. A wall of glass windows and sliding glass doors leads from this bedroom area out to the beachfront balcony. The patio has built-in seating, a clothes line to dry out your swimsuits after a day at the beach, and breathtaking views of the water and the mountains. A spiral staircase takes you back up to the private balconies on the upper levels.

An outdoor staircase takes you from this second story balcony down to the first level. This level feels like a mini-apartment, with a dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. This bunk bed has a twin on top and full-size bed on the bottom. From this private retreat, take a small staircase down one more level, and you’re on the private driveway.

Panoramic views on the fourth floor, sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people, a gourmet kitchen, plenty of lounge areas, and updated appliances make this a perfect retreat for large family reunions or groups of friends traveling together.
