This brand new two-bedroom ground-level apartment is located on a quiet block in the heart South Park Slope Brooklyn near restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the subway. It's super spacious, well appointed with comfortable furniture, a pull out sofa bed, two bedrooms with Nectar Mattresses, a kitchen with all the cookware / silverware that you need, a WASHER and DRYER, and an outdoor space. You'll feel right at home in your own Brooklyn apartment. We've really tried to make this apt. comfortable for guests. It's not a hotel alternative as much as it is a home for you while you stay here. We're friendly with our guests, we're available if needed, but we give you your space while you stay with us. This is your place while you're here. My wife and I have both had to travel for work for years. We recognize that comfort is key. It's so important to get a good night's sleep. Whether you're from out of town or you're a local staying in our apartment, you know how much walking you do in New York. You need your rest. And our place has you covered on that front with super comfortable beds by Nectar and a quiet street. Here you've got space to unwind in the living room / dining room, room to move in the kitchen, and two good size bedrooms and a back terrace. For NYC, this is a big place. And if you just feel like staying in you've got a smart TV with a million channels. A lot of people love that there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances like the gas range, microwave oven, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher. There are two big grocery stores just around the corner. It's so easy to feel at home when you cook or just eat-in in the apartment. Again, I'll say it, you've got your OWN WASHER AND DRYER in the apartment. Most New Yorkers would be jealous! And as parents we know how important it is to have these amenities . Finally, the outdoor space. It's like a little terrace just out the back door in the master bedroom . Great place to relax! For added privacy and some color I've put in three big green trees (Arborvitaes if you're into trees). They kinda give the Master Bedroom a bit of calm.
