Lovely gulf front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo with screened lanai overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the beach. This condo has all the amenities you could ever want. The gulf view is especially nice as the condo is up one level. (elevator accessible). Included are luxury appointed furnishings, a king-size bed in the master, and a queen bed in each of the other bedrooms; brand new updated kitchen, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, free WiFi internet, and a washer & dryer.
The master bedroom has a superb gulf view, a TV, and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate tub and shower. The two guest bedrooms are on the other end of the condo providing more privacy for the master suite.
Unwind on the screened lanai as you listen to the waves, watch pelicans dive for their dinner, and pods of dolphins jump. The complex has a heated swimming pool and nice wide beach in front. There is one covered parking space under the building designated for this unit; NO additional guest parking is allowed. (Whenever possible, Gulf Realty will provide extra parking in our office lot.) The unit also has beach equipment for your use while you're here.
The condo is within walking distance to several nice restaurants, gift shops, and a convenience store. Shops and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive from the condo. (Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, $100 registration fee, booking fee, or security deposit.)
